Joel McKerrow is a performance poet, writer and educator, based out of Melbourne, Australia. He is the founder of ‘The Centre for Poetics and Justice’ (www.cpj.org.au) and was a feature poet on the 'Global Poetics 2011' and the ‘Please Resist Me 2012' tours of Australia. He has been commended by Canadian poet Shane Koyczan as, ‘an exceptional spoken word artist...fiercely political and humane’.
